The following article is for general information only, and should not be construed as legal advice.
Did you know that you have a legal right to do a "Citizen's Arrest" in Canada under section 494(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada? There is a certain process which must be followed in order to do this though.
The wonderful founders at Stand4Thee.ca have researched this important legal action - it has been done so with the spirit to defend the most vulnerable and defenseless group affected by the pandemic: the children.
Children are our most precious resource - they are not able to defend themselves against the criminals that are dictating our lives. Parents are legally responsible for the protection of their child(ren). This legal responsibility is expressly stated under section 215(1) of the Criminal Code. Bill C-26 allows you to stand up for your family and your child(ren) when the law will not.
If you are a parent or caregiver who feel their child or children's health is being negatively impacted by wearing a mask at school, you may wish to consider this as an actionable legal option.

For all VISUAL learners, transcript at time markers:
15:10 - step 1 Contact Police Services Board, not the police first; the Police Services Board are members of the public that dictate the governance of whatever Police jurisdiction you’re at
15:32 - you go to them, you say that “your goals and objectives (as the Police Services Board) are not being fulfilled (which is to protect people), so who’s the officer that I talk to that hasn’t been compromised?” indicating that “we don’t need an investigation, we have the evidence here”
15:50 - find THAT police officer
15:57 - (once you do) parents need to hand over / send to that police officer a “statement of occurrence” (which is a statement of literally reporting the crimes)
17:15 - we (parents) are acting within our lawful and legal obligation, as parents, to provide a safe environment for our children...the gov’t has taken that duty away from us, if we DON”T do something
17:29 - we (parents) are actually legally liable within your system (under section 215(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada)
17:34 - (parents to police) “we are trying to work within YOUR system by performing this CITIZEN’S ARREST; if you don’t help us, then we are actually just enacting the law and going within our legal obligation, and morale and spiritual obligation as parents as well”
18:40 - the idea at the end of the day is not to work within the system (because) the idea is that the SYSTEM IS BROKEN...we know this is not a legitimate country, we know this is a DE FACTO government...so you use the system against them first... and then afterwards you expose and move (to show how the system is in fact broken)
19:39 - if this step is just too much for you (parents), you can authorize somebody (else) to perform the action for you (to perform this arrest in your name)
20:05 - this is all still a step to say “I am acknowledging that this person, Mayor X (for example), is a criminal and here are the charges...that they are performing on my child(ren)”
20:25 - we (parents) are saying “you are a criminal, you are under arrest, I, as a living breathing man or woman am placing you under arrest for the sake of my child(ren)”
20:38 - we are not going to be detaining anybody
21:05 - the law states that an officer is supposed to accompany you in this
21:46 - and the law states that when you say “you’re under a citizen’s arrest”, an officer of the peace has to come and then perform the citizen’s arrest or complete the action
21:57 - if they (the police) don’t do that, then they aren’t following the law!
22:03 - that just further exposes the system...corrupt and nonfunctioning...it further exposes the need that we, as the people, and especially as the parents, need to rise and make that stand
24:38 - imagine (a large group of 100 or 200 parents) going to city hall in unisom saying “Mayor X, you are under arrest for crimes against our children”; being peaceful, calm and rational and then just standing in silence afterwards ...that silence will be DEFEAFING
25:05 - the beauty of this action is to use the existing framework of the law, to hold those decision makers accountable (people we elect)
25:19 - and if that doesn’t work, it further exposes to this charade that we have of this (broken) legal structure...the first step of DISMANTLING is EXPOSING
28:38 - we suggest and recommend a Mayor because they are the representatives of your city/community....(it is their job) to do what’s best for your city (some Mayors sit on the Police Services Board)
29:08 - school board mandates come from the justification of what is happening in the city (from the Mayors direction)
