About Us

  Stand Up Canada is a federally registered non-profit corporation, approved by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada on October 17, 2020. Our statement of purpose is to educate Canadians to know first and foremost that they have rights and secondly, to know how to use the law to defend their rights and civil liberties.  We formed in response to the massive amount of civil liberties and human rights violations under government imposed COVID-19 measures.  

Our Mission Statement is "Empowering Canadians with knowledge and legal solutions to protect their rights!"  Stand Up Canada is a volunteer run organization by concerned citizens of our great country.  Simply put, we are people helping people.  You will see this sentiment displayed in our logo.  This logo truly depicts the Canadian spirit!

Our original Mission has actually been completed, given that the government lockdown measures have been lifted in 2022. There are others that are still pursuing legal actions in the courts and it may take years before they reach any measure of justice. The information on our website will stand in a historical testament of the service we provided Canadians and our non-profit organization will continue to exist for as long as we are needed.
