We began with our initial findings of 12 COVID-19 lawsuits in February 2021. We were not able to keep up with the incredible number of COVID-19 lawsuits that commenced all over the world! As such, this page is now archived. Thank you to the many contributors who helped us find these incredibly important legal actions!

From Conspiracy to Legal

Did you know that all lawsuits must abide by the Rules of Civil Procedure before they can even make it in front of a judge? These are the rules in place to protect all parties from filing a lawsuit that has no merit or is deemed frivolous or vexatious. Makes sense. No longer are the lawsuits noted below based on any conspiracies - if they can make it in front a judge, they are legitimate.

Public awareness on these Covid lawsuits is crucial. If we didn't list them here, would you have ever heard of any of them, especially the ones happening right now in Canada? Where there's smoke, there's fire.

Since main stream media is not reporting the magnitude of these lawsuits in this manner, WE ALL need to be the eyes and ears for Canadians on this important subject. If there are any Covid lawsuits missing from this list, please email info@standupcanada.solutions. We originally found 12 lawsuits in February 2021 and are now up to 60 that we are reporting on. This list will never be inclusive of them all, but we will do our best to keep it updated. Most certainly for Canada.

July 14, 2021: Spain (Europe) - Ruling - Lockdowns in 2020 were deemed unconstitutional by top Spanish Court
July 7, 2021: Italy (Europe) - Lawsuit filed against the EU’s authorization of Pfizer for children
July 3, 2021: Italy (Europe) - A legal challenge has been launched against the Italian government by healthcare workers over the vaccine mandate
June 28, 2021: New York (USA) - Filed: Couple were furloughed from their occupations due to concerns regarding the vaccine, conception and pregnancy
June 23, 2021: Lisbon, Portugal (Europe) - RULED: Court declares that the number of Covid-19 deaths was over-estimated
June 21, 2021: Indiana (USA) - Students at Indiana University are suing their university for unconstitutional vaccine mandates
June 16, 2021: Quebec (Canada) - Injunction filed to end mask mandates in Quebec
June 13, 2021: Mumbai, India - Indian Bar Association sues WHO over criminal conspiracies
June 9, 2021: Kentucky (USA) - Kentucky judge rules that mask orders and unconstitutional
June 12, 2021 Houston (USA) - RULED" Judge dismisses lawsuit from more than 100 employees of the Houston Methodist hospital system over its COVID-19 vaccine mandate stating that the “the employees weren’t illegally being forced to get vaccinated in order to keep their jobs.”
May 30, 2021: Texas (USA)- Staff Members from Houston’s Methodist Hospital are suing their hospital over the Covid-19 vaccine mandate
May 27, 2021: South Africa (Africa) - RULED: It is not urgent to prove that purification and isolation of Sars-CoV-2 exists
